The Open++ application puts a bunch of commands at your disposal and integrates with the shell context menu. This means that when you hit the right click button, you will see an Open++ folder in the right click context menu; that folder is populated with commands such as Open Command Prompt, Copy Path, Change Properties, and Create Subfolder.

Support for any Windows edition from Windows 2000 onward is provided by the Open++ application. To use the application on your Windows PC, you must download a small archive, extract its contents, and run the Open++ executable. In the window that shows up, click the Install/Uninstall tab and then click Install to add Open++ to the shell context menu.

There are three tabs on the application’s interface. Besides the Install/Uninstall tab, there are two more tabs: Commands and About. From the Commands tab you can view and edit all the commands that Open++ supports. From the Install/Uninstall tab you can add and also remove Open++ from the shell context menu. From the About tab you can click a link and visit the official Open++ website and contact the developer.

To use Open++ you must first add it to the shell context menu. As mentioned above, you can easily do that by clicking a button in the Install/Uninstall tab. Once you do so, you will have access to the commands Open++ puts at your disposal by simply clicking the right mouse button. To customize the commands in the Open++ submenu, select the appropriately named Customize Open++ option.

You don’t have to part with your money to enjoy the functionality Open++ has to offer – the application is freeware.

Have access to a lot of handy commands in the right click context menu thanks to the free Open++ application.

Pros

Easily add Open++ to the right click context menu. The application has a simple interface. Access the list of commands Open++ has to offer and customize said commands. Open++ is freeware.

Cons

None that I could think of.
